What makes our lower alcohol Sparkling Mead different is that the mead comes from the non-alcoholic wash from distilling our Heather Mead. As a result there are only natural sulphite levels and a much lower aclohol at 2% Abv. Giving all the flavour and character of a Sparkling Wine but a low alcohol alternative and great for those looking to avoid higher sulphite levels.

What makes our lower alcohol Sparkling Mead different is that the mead comes from the non-alcoholic wash from distilling our Heather Mead.
From the distillation of our mead we get the Spirit at 40% and the non-alcoholic wash, the non-alcoholic wash is what goes through a second fermentation in the bottle, and is then aged as per the ‘traditional method’, riddled and disgorged, making this a very special bottle of lower alcohol Sparkling Mead, giving only 2% alcohol, only natural levels of sulphites at only 40 ppm sulphites which is considered natural levels contributed only from the natural fermentation process.
