Tasting Notes

The taste of this mead is very unique, created from the infusion of Hibiscus flowers, this sparkling rose finishes dry which is unique for a Sparkling Rose wine which are usually sweet. A wonderful light rosé colour is reminiscent of a Northumberland sunset, the mouthfeel is fruity and fresh with a dry but lasting finish.

Food Pairing

Rosé Sparkling Mead with it’s delicate bubbles and Champagne like style is an excellent aperitif. Rosé Sparkling is also excellent when used with savoury dishes and afternoon teas.

Another great use is for reception drinks, toasts for weddings etc. Especially given the link of the wrod honeymoon being derived from mead and the beautiful pink colour will give your guests plenty of intrigue.
