Spirit of honey is our first Distilled Heather Honey Mead.

This unique mead comes to life by taking our Heather Mead and distilling, capturing the essence of Heather Honey in a clean and clear spirit form.

‘The nectar of the Gods’

In greek mythology bees were thought to be messengers of God. Amongst other things, mead was associated with immortality. Today with our first release of ‘Spirit of Honey’ we can only hope that our mead endures the same fate

At 40% abv this mead is likened to a well aged whiskey, an exceptionally smooth profile, fragrant nose, will go up against the finest spirits.

Currently available in 20cl bottles.

• Splash of slimline tonic
• Lemonade

Tasting Notes

A warming start, smooth honey finish. Make it as strong as you like or as light as you like by using with a mixer such as tonic or lemonade.
