Tasting Notes
The taste of this mead is most unique, created from an infusion of Hibiscus flowers, this Sparkling Rose finishes dry which is unqiue for a Sparkling Rose Wine. A wonderful light rosé colour gives intrigue reminiscent of a Northumberland sunset, leading to a fruity, fresh mouth feel and a smooth but dry finish and an exciting pink mead.
If you’re looking for more, Rosé Sparkling Mead can also be bought by the full case of 6 bottles here.
Food Pairing
Rosé Sparkling Mead, with it’s delicate bubbles and Champagne like style, goes very well as an aperitif, with small tasting plates/ tapas and also with savoury dishes and afternoon tea for example.
Another great use is reception drinks, toasts for weddings etc. Especially given the link the word honeymoon being derived from mead and the beautiful pink colour.
