Traditional method Sparkling Mead is a seriously top class mead and with a production time of 2-3 years this is a mead that has age on it’s side. It is known that with mead age is directly linked to quality. This is the bee equivalent of Champagne.

Awards

All mead for sale is highly renowned, having won medals at the highest level, both at the Mazer Cup International and European Mead Makers Cup. Heather and Rosé took a Gold and Silver respectively at the MCI and Wildflower a Gold at the EMMA Cup.
