Runny Summer honey is produced by the bees during the summer months. Great for pouring onto warm porridge, stirring into tea and coffee, and is some of the most pure and natural honey you will encounter.
Popular for use in recipes calling for runny honey, or for those wanting a runny honey to use.
Please note, although this honey starts out runny, as with all pure honey it will thicken and set out over time and especially in cooler conditions. If preferred in a runny state, simply warm gently in a bain marie

I was first introduced to Luke & Suzie and Northumberland Honey, during a Zoom meeting with my local Beekeeping Association. Prior to the session, I thought I do a bit of research and bought a bottle of their Wildflower Sparkling Mead (which I will review separately). I was so impressed with Luke and Susie and their ethos supporting honey bees and the all important provenance of their products, I decided to buy a range of their honey and mead.
The Wildflower Summer Honey is as the label says, Light and Floral. Beautiful. It is my all rounder, Wonderful on my porridge, in my tea and coffee, in my hot lemon to help banish those sniffles, over my yogurt. It is a lovely drop of natures harvest.

I saw this product on Great British Menu 2024 and ordered online. I tried a couple of options but this is by fart favourite. It is excellent quality with beautiful summer fragrance.
