Does not disappoint! Mixed some with soy sauce and brushed it on salmon, the result was sweet/sour, sticky and crispy. Then used it instead of ‘plain’ honey in my home made bbq sauce when making pulled pork. The result was absolutely delicious. Planning on adding a spoonful to chilli con carne…

What a find! Goes beautifully lightly drizzled on smoked salmon with scrambled egg and toast for breakfast. Perfect on vintage cheddar and Wensleydale as an apèro snack! It is also an effective cold treatment mixed with hot water and lemon. Genius mix, bees!
