Spring honey is a polyforal wildflower honey produced by our bees in the Tyne and Irthing Valleys in the spring months.  Bees forage on hawthorn, dandelions and oilseed crops amongst other spring wildflowers.

Clarity

Spring honey has been through a settling tank and strained, depending on use you may be able to use as it is, or may need to pass through a micron strainer for absolute clarity.

Lead time

Bulk honey orders can be subject to a 1-2 day lead time before despatch depending on how busy we are and whether you’d like the honey pre-warmed or not.

Set or Runny Honey / Pre-warming.

Naturally all honey sets over time. You can select to have the honey pre-warmed to save you doing the warming, alternatively you can save warming costs by having the honey in set form. There is a small cost per bucket for pre-warming.
