How it is brewed

Mighty Buzz is brewed with Goldings hops whose natural earthy honey notes are complemented by the addition of rich heather honey producing a beer which is light golden in colour with notes of sweet honey.

This honey beer is brought alive by secondary bottle conditioning meaning the beer is naturally carbonated, this coupled with the fact the beer is unfiltered means that the full and true flavour of the beer remains.

What is honey beer?

We are often asked what is honey beer, and the answer to that is exactly what it says on the tin, Mighty Buzz is brewed as a traditional beer, with goldings hops and at the same time honey is added. This leaves a lovely light, refreshing beer with a glorious honey after taste. Light in colour, but complex in taste, this is a honey beer you need to try, and now available by the 12 bottle case!

How to Enjoy

• Best served chilled (11-13 degrees is ideal)
• Bottle conditioned – pour carefully once opened
• This beer benefits from secondary conditioning in the bottle, the beer is unfiltered & naturally carbonated to ensure the full flavours remain
• For a crystal-clear beer, pour as one from a height reserving the small amount of natural sediment in the shoulder of the bottle
