Invitation to Tender – Supply of jar filling line
Northumberland Honey Company are inviting suppliers to tender for the supply of a jar filling line, incorporating the supply of equipment specified below, inclusive of installation, commissioning and training, which should be itemised separately on the quotation for clarity.
Key Line Requirements
- Automatic jar filler with accurate but significant range of fill weight capabilities. Supplied with infeed rotary table for jars, automatic lid application, label application. System must be able to fill different textures and densities of honey and fill accurately. Target throughput is about 800 jars per hour, roughly 300kgs of product.
- Infeed and outfeed conveyor systems for jars.
- A second pump head to handle infused honeys
- A 300kg settling tank
- A 300kg creamer and supporting stand.
